Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp details, product interests, estimated quantity and message. We may also record the page, referral and campaign information associated with the enquiry. When an RFQ is submitted, our server may process the IP address and the approximate country or region inferred from the request's network connection.

Enquiry security and network context

We use the IP address and approximate network-derived country or region only for enquiry security, spam prevention, investigating unusual submissions and providing context for follow-up. The inferred location may be inaccurate when a VPN, proxy or mobile network is used. We handle this network context with the associated enquiry under our existing enquiry communication and retention practices.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare product or commercial information, prevent abuse and understand website performance. We do not include personal contact details in advertising analytics events.

Service providers

The website may use hosting, content-management, database, email, security and analytics providers to operate these functions. Their access is limited to the relevant service purpose.

Cloudflare Turnstile security

Cloudflare Turnstile protects enquiry forms from automated abuse. It processes limited browser, device and network signals to issue a short-lived security token; LumiUp does not send the enquiry text or contact fields to Turnstile. This essential security check runs independently of optional analytics or advertising consent. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google measurement

Google provides the optional tag-management, analytics and advertising-measurement technology used on this site. Subject to your choices, Google tags may receive device and browser information, page paths, referrers, campaign parameters and non-personal interaction events. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user-data measurement and advertising personalisation default to denied. LumiUp does not include enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or messages in these measurement events. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can reject optional measurement or separately manage analytics, advertising measurement and personalised advertising through the privacy banner and the Manage Cookie Choices link in the footer. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data, contact sales@batteryuplight.com.
